However, you will find that this book breathes life into this subject with a refined view that makes the reader take pause and consider not only their current strategy but their current perspectives about how things "should" be. Refreshing and imaginative; a very worthwhile read.

Making Your Life Work by Martin Gover is one of those books you read when you need to "get your mind right" about your dream. This book, however, is not a "pie in the sky" kind of book; rather it is grounded in the understanding that dreams don't work out like they do in the movies. The first part of the book is filled with great quotes, links to some good resources (including other authors) and good information on how to navigate your way to your dream. The second part builds on that foundation with a little more specificity toward the entrepreneur. Both sides of the dream-inspiration and planning- are covered. It's cleverly simple with a smart twist. After reading this book, you should have some notes, list of quotes, and a better idea of how you want to accomplish your dream. It's a small book, but heavy on lighting the fire of courage within your spirit necessary to achieve something great. This is book is great for everyone, but I highly recommend it for those transitioning into new phases of life like high school or college graduates, the unemployed, or self-employed or retired. During these times, we often need the hear the words of optimism and hope to persist. This book will definitely help with that.
